What Roaring Is Not
When you've lost your ROAR it feels like not much is going your way. You're stressed. You're tired. You keep getting sick. You have no idea where you are going in life. You feel like every day is groundhog day.
I've been there and I get it. I get the feeling that you never want to get out of bed ever again. I get that you just want to grab McDonalds on the way home because you can't be bothered cooking. I get putting on extra weight even though you try to eat well.
This isn't the way I wanted to live. If you're reading this - it's obviously not how you want to live.
So...Get to the point... what it it?
It's living your best life - how you want to, with energy to burn. You get out of bed every day knowing what you are here earth to do. You know yourself. You know what you are striving for and you've really "got this". You aren't afraid say what you need to when required.
You are authentically you - with a plan to be better everyday.
