Healthy Jellies

A recipe from one of our wonderful customers over at Rich Nutrients - Sonya Coakley (and her friend Kasey O'Meera).

  • Dissolve 2 tbs of Gelatin in 1 cup of hot water
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (or to taste).
  • Transfer to a deeper plate and put in the fridge to firm up. This usually takes around 2 hours.
  • If you want a firmer jelly add more gelatin in the first step.

Sonya's suggestion is to pop a couple in your lunch box for a quick snack! YUM!

Sonya has used blackcurrant juice in place of water (and kiefer once) with varied success!

One of her girlfriends adds in ginger and another one uses fresh lemon juice instead of apple cider vinegar. So the options are endless!
